My route is not being recorded. Check that location permission is set to Always or While Using the App. Recording can be limited in Low Power Mode or when Location Services are turned off.
A photo's location looks wrong. The map position can differ because of the photo's own location metadata, GPS accuracy at the moment of capture, and the timing of route recording.
Speech recognition is not working. RoutePic transcribes voice memos using Apple's speech recognition. It may not work without a network connection.
How do I import a KML file? You can register it on the Trip Plan (KML) screen, or share KML files to RoutePic from the Files app or a messaging app. See the in-app guide for supported file formats and how registration works.
Is my data uploaded to a server? Your travel records stay on your device. Communication with outside services can occur when you use online maps or Apple speech recognition.
